So Ontario may have to start the 2010 school year before Labour Day, due to the requirement of having to have 194 days of instruction between Labour Day and June 30.
To me, the answer is simple, simply cut two "goof off days", otherwise known a PA/PD (Professional Activity/Professional Development) days and the problem is solved.
These teachers don't live in the real world. Let them work for a living.
